I didn't think someone could screw up a simple design so badly. The shut-off spring for the pause and hold feature was too strong, so it pushed the carafe out of alignment and shut off coffee flow to the pot.I ended up with coffee on the counter. The on-off switch is positioned perfectly to get turned off if you do not carefully return the carafe to the warmer. I ended up with cold coffee. Finally, something inside came apart so that the hot water got deposited inside of the coffee maker instead of going where it should. I have no coffee and a great aversion to anything manufactured by this company.

Sneak-A-Cup interrupt feature has a spring that kept popping the lever out of place, so it pushed the carafe out of alignment (as mentioned by a previous reviewer). It completely shut off coffee flow to the pot, but not before it poured coffee and grounds all over the kitchen counter. This is definitely the poorest design that I have seen in a long time. Of course, after what happened to my cordless vacuum from this same manufacturer, I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Pros: None
Cons: Coffee & Grounds on Counter, Self, and Kichen Floor
