I just got this washer about 2 weeks ago and I love it! The normal cycle takes long so I tried quick wash with even moderatly soiled clothes, and it worked just as good and took about 38 minutes to wash them. I absolutely like the steam cycle. I tried it with some of my dry clean only clothes. As soon as they came out, I ironed them, and they looked like they just came from the cleaners.
I would recommend this washer 100% if you want to buy it. I also bought the LG dryer that goes with it.

Pros: speed wash, steam clean, and so many more.
Cons: expensive, some cycles take a long time to finish

I just bought this washer and dryer brand new from Home Depot two weeks ago. I really thought I liked it alot untill I started noticing that clothes (like my kids clothes that are heavily soiled) dont seem to be getting clean as well as my old washer cleaned them. I know it is energy efficient and it uses alot less water, wich I love that idea of saving money. But I am wondering now if this washer is really meant for someone who washes alot of really "dirty"laundry. or heavily soiled. Your clothes do not get fully emerged in water in the drum. it sprays it out slowly on your clothes while the drum is spinning. It does have a "water plus" feature that I have been running when the clothes are heavily soiled but it adds alot of extra time on to the cycle. Havent made up my mind if I want to keep this washer and dryer or not.

All I can say is.....go get some beer and watch this thing clean clothes like nothing you have ever seen before. It is so cool to watch and it is so quiet. Put the batten strips down and pull tight those suspenders when this puppy goes into the spin cycle......she really gets er going. The steam cycle is amazing and the controls are very easy, not to mention neat. Get the remote monitor also - very useful. I bought mine at HHGregg in white along with the remote monitor for 2200.00 out the door. Super super nice machines. Excellent warranty also. Go see you local HHGregg appliance center in Cuyahoga falls, Ohio!!!

I received this washer&dryer for my 30th wedding
anniversary, instead of a trip. It was the greatest
gift I have ever received besides my husband. I
would not trade it for the world. It was worth every
red cent we paid for it,and will do it all over again.
The clothes are very very clean, and the spin cycle
is amazing. In my own opinion if someone does
not love this washer something is wrong. The
dryer is also amazing. The clothes dry very quickly,
and they smell very fresh. Also the steam cycle
is great, I had a few shirts I would not lie to you
I put them on the steam cycle and the wrinkles
were gone. I would highly recommend this product
to especially big families. You know people are
saying something about the water amount but you
can use extra water if you choose.

Everything that was white or light colored eventually became dingy and dirty looking. I have never had a problem getting things out. I have always been able to get things as tough as cranberry sauce out of clothes and a tablecloth. My children have white uniforms for sports and they would all come out looking clean. I was very excited to get this machine because it was to do the same job and cut my time I spend washing down so that I could be doing things with my kids. It did cut the time it took to do laundry. However, my clothes became less bright and just dingy when it came to the whites. The repaire man gave me the advice to try only putting in 1-2 tsp. in of soap and and less of fabric softner. He thought I was getting a buildup inside the machine of softner and maybe detergent. (I have purchased H.E. items and followed the directions as to the amount) Also, I should run my washer on sanitary several times with hot water with nothing in it. That way I could get the build up off. Still did not work. So, now we are trying to find out what the company can do for us as far as getting another machine. I am currently taking all my laundry to the laundry mat so that I do not destroy any more clothes. I would not recommend getting this machine. I had an eclipse before and had no problems with it. My husband was just trying to cut the time down that we do laundry. Hopefully, I can go back to a top loader that gets my clothes smelling fresh and gets them very clean.

Quiet. 3 kids 11, 7 & 3 - their clothes are Clean!
BE SURE AND READ INCLUDED MANUAL
and you wont have problems like odor or doing stuff like mixing very dirty clothes with clothes that are only slightly soiled.
