This is such a great vacuum! I've had it for about 6 months and don't have a single complaint. Yes, it's pretty bulky, but I only notice that when I try to store it in the corner of our tiny apartment. We have a big dog that sheds a ton, but this vacuum cleans it all! The hose has the best suction of any vacuum I've ever used, and the base of the vacuum cleans equally well. It is simple to use. I highly recommend this vacuum!
